VDS First Aid Team - About Us

As we prepared for Hurricane Ian in 2022, there were injuries in the Valencia Del Sol community.

Most were cuts, bumps or falls (from things like ladders!) requiring basic first aid treatment like ice or wound care.  A few were more severe injuries. 

 

As a result, a request was made to the VDS Emergency Operations Club to help locate VDS volunteers with first aid training who could be standing by to assist during a weather event or other disaster.​​
